Activity Management

Under 'Settings', you'll find the 'Activities' section where you can manage the activities within your organisation and link tags to them.

An activity represents a process or function within your organisation (e.g., offices, transportation, production, heating).

Activities provide context by linking tags to the part of the business where the consumption or production takes place.

They can also be grouped using activity labels, enabling more flexible reporting, filtering, and analysis.

Activities are being used on certain dashboards, in the Efficiency and CO2 module, to filter the displayed information.

Manage activities

Create Activity

• An activity is defined by a name and a technical name (both must be unique within an organisation).

• Optionally, you can assign one or more activity labels to the activity.

Link Tags

After creating an activity, you can link tags to it in two ways:

1. Drag and Drop

   • Drag a tag from the tag tree and drop it onto the activity.

2. Bulk Selection

   • Click the selection box under an activity to open the side panel.

   • Select or deselect multiple tags in bulk.

Delete Activity

• Activities can be deleted at any time.

Caution: Deleting an activity will remove all links between that activity and its tags, but it will not delete the tags themselves.

Be cautious with this action as it might impact CO2 entries and dashboards.
