User Settings

The 'User Settings' page allows you to manage your personal account information, adjust platform preferences, and review your access rights.

User Settings

General Information

In this section you can update your personal details used across the platform:

  • First and last Name – The display name shown to other users.

  • Photo – Profile photo (avatar).

  • Phone number (optional)

Group & access

Here you can view your granted access and permissions:

  • Organisations – A list of all organisations you are part of.

  • Role per organisation – Your role determines the level of access you have.

User settings

These settings define how the platform behaves for you personally, for example:

  • Language – Choose your preferred interface language.

  • Date & Time format – Select your preferred way to display dates and times

  • Value format – Adjust decimal separators and value formatting.

  • Default tag tree – Select the tag tree that will be used as your starting point when navigating data in the Efficiency module.

    • Asset-based tree

    • Activity-based tree

    • Or one of the custom trees

  • Facility filter for home page - Select one or more facilities to view their specific Consumption and CO₂ Emission data on the homepage. If no facility is selected, data for the entire organisation will be displayed.

Always click Save after making updates.

Some changes (e.g., language) may require refreshing the page to take effect.
