Contact Groups
The Contact Groups section allows you to manage groups of contacts used for alert notifications.
Contact Group
A contact group is defined by a unique name and must include at least one contact person.
Contact persons can be Enelyzer users or external contacts.
You can add or remove contacts at any time.
At the moment, contact groups are used only for alerts. In the future, they may also be used for automated report distribution.
Alerts and Notifications
Members of the contact group will receive an email whenever a linked alert is triggered.
Reminder emails will be sent on a regular basis.
The number of alerts linked to a contact group is displayed on the contact group card as assigned alerts.
View Linked Alerts
To see the corresponding alerts, you can:
Press the loop icon on the card, or
Use the View Alerts link in the right menu bar.
If no alerts are linked, the card will display this status accordingly.
Both options redirect you to the Alert Overview screen, where you can filter alerts by contact group.
