Template Store

In Enelyzer, dashboard templates will be made available for specific use cases/analysis purposes.

Template Store

The Template Store provides access to predefined dashboard templates.

You can create one or more dashboards from the same template, with each dashboard having its own dataset.

A template is a predefined dashboard structure that specifies:

  • Layout

  • Types of charts

  • Data sources

  • Filters

  • Logic required to present specific metrics or KPIs

Templates are not tied to a specific dataset. Once you link relevant data (e.g., facilities, activities), the dashboard automatically populates with the correct values and visualisations. In some cases, additional logic intrinsic to the template may be applied based on labels set on tags.

Note: The layout of dashboards created from a template is fixed and cannot be modified.

We add new templates on a regular basis. Check the description and preview to find the template that best fits your needs.

Create a dashboard from a template

Click ‘Create new’ to build a dashboard from a template.

Dashboards can be created at a general level or more specifically for one or more facilities.

Once created, the dashboard appears in the dashboard overview with an predefined dataset based on the input given during dashboard creation and the labels set on the tags.

You can update the dashboard information at any time using the pencil icon.

Dataset

By using the dataset icon, you are taken to the dashboard’s dataset.

This dataset is prefilled with tags based on the dashboard information and the tag labels. The labels that are evaluated - and thus logic that determines which tags are included - is shown on the right.

Update Tags or Datasets

In this overview, you can deselect any preselected tags you want to exclude from the dashboard.

Missing a tag or need to modify a dataset?

Update the tag configuration and/or labels in Tag Management. Any changes made there will automatically update the datasets of all relevant dashboards.

View dashboard

In order to visualize the dashboard itself, you can

  • press the eye icon of the dashboard in the dashboard overview.

  • press the View dashboard from within the dataset.
