Dashboards

In the Efficiency module you can view all dashboards in your organization. Depending on your role, you can edit and create custom dashboards with different sets of charts.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard overview shows all dashboards in your organization. You can filter the overview by dashboard label or type, and you can rearrange dashboards by grouping or ordering them based on their labels.

There are 3 types of dashboard in Enelyzer:

  • Template dashboards – created by users from a predefined template

  • Custom dashboards – created by users from scratch

  • Read-only dashboards – specialized dashboards created on demand by our data specialists

Create a dashboard

You can create a dashboard from a template provided by Enelyzer in the template store, or start with an empty dashboard where you have full flexibility to add/manage charts - referred to as custom dashboard.

To create an custom dashboard, click the ‘Create dashboard’ button in the top-left corner of the dashboards menu.

A side panel will open where you can name your dashboard and add additional information, such as labels.

Click Save to create the dashboard—it will then appear in the overview.

Modify your dashboard layout and charts

For a custom dashboard, you have full control over adding charts and adjusting the layout.

You can open a dashboard using the the eye icon. When opened, the dashboard is in view-only mode and cannot be edited until Enable edits is toggled on.

With the Enable edits toggle on and you have the option to:

  • add a chart

  • edit existing charts

  • edit dashboard info

  • adjust layout by rescaling or rearranging the current charts

Export data

Export a dashboard

In the top right corner of your dashboard, you will see the pdf icon. By pressing this icon, the system will generate a pdf version of your dashboard.

Export data of a single chart

You can export the data of a single chart in csv format by clicking on the icon in the top right corner (appears on hoover).

Go to Inspect -> Data. A sidepanel will open displaying a preview of the data. There you have the option to download the data in csv.

PRO TIP: In case you have multiple data series in the chart, you can export the data one by one. Optionally, you can group the series by time.

Delete a dashboard

To delete a dashboard, open it from the overview, toggle on Enable edits, go to Edit dashboard info, and click the Delete button at the bottom.

Filter dashboard

Dashboards provided by Enelyzer - including template dashboards and read-only dashboards - often include filter options, such as facility filters or a period selector, to visualize a subset of the data.

Custom dashboards do not currently support these filters.

PRO TIP: To properly visualize the selected time range, press the ‘Zoom to data’ button in the chart. You can also zoom to data by clicking any data point. If no data points are visible, double-click the chart to zoom out.
