tableTime series data

Data ingestion

As mentioned earlier, time series are the source of raw data, which can be ingested either through an automated flow or manually.

Manual data registration

For a manual time series, you can register values either via csv upload - to import multiple values and/or multiple time series data at once - or one by one directly in the interface.

Depending on the meter type, either a delta value or index value is expected.

  1. CSV upload

    • Go to Settings > Time series. On the right side, you will find the link "Upload data for manual time series".

  • Make sure to use the correct CSV template.

  • Use a dot (.) as the decimal separator; do not use it as a thousands separator.

  • Enelyzer will validate your file and inform you to any errors. If there is even a single error, none of the data will be processed.

  1. Single value input

  • Go to Settings > Time series > tab Values.

  • On the right side you can see the the plus plus icon. Here you can enter values manually.

Raw data visualisation

In Enelyzer, all data visualised in dashboards and reports originates from tags, and is by default displayed in the normalised unit.

If you want to inspect the raw incoming data, go to the time series of interest and open the Values tab. Here you can:

  • Switch between table view and graph view.

  • For index meters, choose whether to visualise the index values or the deltas.
