Tenant Billing

In the Billing detail of the Tenant Billing, the total consumption for the selected period (Range) is displayed for each Tenant.

Billing Export

In the billing export, you can create a csv export with consumption data either grouped per tag or grouped per tenant.

Please note that the last day in the chosen time range should be included: to get monthly data, put the first and the last day of that month as time range. To get yearly data, select 01/01/yy - 31/12/yy.

Click on 'Export CSV' button if you want to export the billing data. Please note that the separators in the values (for thousands, decimals) can depend on your PC settings. When you don't see the correct values in the exported CSV that you open directly in Excel, you can do a work around via the 'Data Import' 'From Text/CSV' option in Excel.

Billing Calculation Issues

The second tab indicates if there are issue with for calculating a complete report for the specified Facility and period.

The type of error is clearly indicated to allow you to resolve these issues.

You can 'recheck validations' after you did an update.
