Create a facility
Start by creating a business location or facility. A facility contains one or more buildings (optional). There are 2 ways of creating a facility
One at the time by clicking on the '+ add facility' button
Or in bulk by importing a standard csv file using 'Import facilities' button

A facility is defined by:
Name: this is the unique name for the facility. It is not changed afterwards, and is mainly used behind the scenes to establish links with other applications or software.
Type: Select which type of facility it is about. If you do not find the correct type, please contact [email protected].
Address: This field can be compared to the search field for an address from Google Maps. You can search by the name of the business, or specifically by the address. If necessary, complete it there, or in the boxes below.
If you are ready, click on create.

Edit a facility
Once the facility was created, you can set additional properties. Choose the facility you wish to modify from the list at the top, then scroll down and click the Edit button next to Facility Information.

On this screen you can change the fields you made at creation such as name and address. In addition, you can also enter additional info:
Owner or proprietor: Which person or corporation owns the facility?
Responsible: Who is the facility manager?
Construction year or year of construction: When was the facility built?
Rental ON/OFF: Rental ON means that your company rents the facility from another company. If necessary, also enter the start and end date of the rental contract.

If you are done, press Save at the bottom.
To return to the overview, click on the arrow at the top/
On the facilities overview page, you can also upload plans of the facility.
